Stephanie has advanced scissorwork skill, specializing in detailed women's cuts, and has decades of expertise in highlights, balayage, and color techniques. Stephanie loves to perform realistic color transformations, so seamless that everyone will think it's your natural hair!
massimo minutella
Massimo is a Master Barber with 36 years of expertise. Trained under his father and renowned Master Barber, Angelo Minutella, Massimo was part-owner and then owner of Angelo's Barbershop in Parkville for over 30 years. Bringing along his original barber chair, Massimo moved to Root 7 Salon to work alongside his wife.

Caroline is a licensed Cosmetologist and artisan in both hair styling and makeup application. Highly skilled in either natural or bold hair transformations, Caroline works with her clients' visions to emphasize their natural beauty by exploring colors and styles that suit them best. She specializes in feminine haircuts; color services, such as blonding, color correction, and lived-in color; and makeup artistry for small parties.

megan hayes
Megan is a Licensed Cosmetologist & Barber specializing in balayage, lived-in blonde, color correction, fashion colors, extensions, color transformations, straight razor shaves, and fades. With 8 years of experience, she prioritizes hair-healthy options to create the 'do of your dreams while maintaining the integrity of your strands. Megan is our in-house Extensions Specialist, and, as a former teacher, brings both worlds together as a Certified Extensions Educator. She also offers cuts, color, styling, and silk press services for natural hair.
Megan's portfolio showcases exceptional craftsmanship in haircutting and impeccable artistry in unique coloring techniques. She's a painter with a color brush, and hair is her canvas! Megan's warm personality and mission to elevate the inner beauty of her clients result in a nourishing, memorable salon experience.
